A: 100% proficiency is required to demonstrate the skills in the CPR classes. This involves getting on the floor and pumping and blowing with the manikins. If you’re unable to to do so, you should inform the instructor at the very beginning.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We will not charge you to switch a date, we understand things happen. However if you completely cancel a date, then there is a 50% cancellation fee, the main reason fro this is that we have reserved the specific date and time in our calendar, essentially we have blocked this time out for you even if we had to turn down other offers for the same date and time.
Q: How frequently do you provide training?
A: We have a training calendar for public classes, we also have our Full Service calendar for the onsite trainings we provide very frequently, so we’re busy whether you come to us, or we come to you.

A: The instructor to student ratio is 15:1 we try and keep our public classes small to create a better learning environment, this enhances the learning experience for the students, and gives them the needed instructional time required to achieve the certification.
Q: What is the minimum group size for onsite training?
A: our minimum group size for the onsite training is 8 participants, however if you ask nicely we will make special arrangements. The smallest group size is 5 participants for the onsite courses.
