Since 2015, we’ve trained thousands of individuals—parents, professionals, teachers, childcare providers, first responders, and everyday people—across homes, schools, camps, clinics, and corporate offices.
Our students leave not just certified, but confident. Because at Respond and Rescue, we don’t just teach CPR and First Aid—we teach people how to step up and save lives.

Yes, you read that right.
In 2023, Respond and Rescue became the exclusive provider of CPR and First Aid for Fairfax County, one of the largest and most diverse school systems in the country. It’s a significant milestone that validates what we’ve worked so hard to build: quality, consistency, and care you can count on.
This partnership means we’re helping to train the next generation of life-savers—from educators and administrators to health staff and athletic teams—equipping them with the tools they need to respond when seconds count.

From our first location in Alexandria, we’ve expanded to offer weekly public classes in:
