CPR, First Aid & BLS Classes in DC, MD & VA

Respond and Rescue teaches small, hands-on CPR classes in Alexandria, Fairfax and Washington, DC. Most classes come two ways: Blended (do the online part first, then about two hours of hands-on skills with an instructor). You get your certification card the same day, and it is good for two years.

Which class do you need?

BLS for Healthcare Providers: for nurses, dental staff, EMTs, students in health programs and anyone whose job asks for BLS. Red Cross BLS, accepted by most boards and employers.
Adult & Pediatric CPR, AED and First Aid: for childcare staff, teachers, coaches and parents. Covers adults, children and infants.
Adult CPR, AED and First Aid: the standard class for most jobs, schools and workplace safety teams.
Adult First Aid: bleeding, burns, choking, allergic reactions and more, without the CPR portion.
Mental Health First Aid: learn to spot and respond to someone in a mental health crisis.
Instructor Training: become a certified CPR and First Aid instructor.

Every location has small class sizes, so you get real practice time on the manikins and AED trainers instead of watching from the back of the room.
