Which CPR and First Aid Course Do You Need?
- Adult First Aid/CPR/AED: the standard card for most jobs, schools and safety teams.
- Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED: for childcare staff, teachers, coaches and parents.
- Basic Life Support (BLS): for nurses, dental teams and other healthcare providers.
- Instructor courses: for people who want to teach CPR themselves.

Blended or In-Person
Most of our CPR and first aid courses come in two formats. With blended learning, you do the online part at home first. Then you come in for a short hands-on skills session. In-person classes, on the other hand, cover everything in the room with your instructor.
Either way, you get your Red Cross card by email the same day once you pass. It stays valid for two years.
