Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers open-enrollment classes booked on our website or booking page. Group and on-site training follow the terms in your training agreement.

Cancelling

• 48 hours or more before class: full refund minus a $25 processing fee, or move to another class for free.
• Less than 48 hours before class: no refund. You get a class credit to use within 30 days.

Rescheduling

Free if you ask at least 48 hours before class. You can reschedule yourself from the booking link in your confirmation email, or contact us. Inside 48 hours, the credit rule above applies.

No-shows

If you don’t attend and don’t cancel or reschedule beforehand, there is no refund or credit. Your seat was held for you.

Late arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule.

Blended courses

The online part can’t be refunded once you’ve started it. Please finish it before your skills session.

If we cancel a class

You choose a full refund or a free move to another date.

Card disputes

Please contact us first so we can sort out any billing problem. Most issues are fixed the same day.
