Respond and Rescue Return Policy
We want you to be fully confident in your purchase of our Life Saving Products. Our Return Policy allows for returns on most unopened equipment within 30 days of purchase. Because items like AEDs, Naloxone kits, and anti-choking devices are critical medical tools, they must remain in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a return under this Return Policy.
